It doesn't feel like it from day-to-day, but from a longer term perspective the events that are associated with the collapse of finance and society are increasing in frequency and severity. Taken together, a sort of collapse is happening. And it's entirely possible that much more notable and dramatic events are in store for the future.
This is the seventh in an ongoing series of posts consisting of "short takes" of notable events that are occurring under our noses that indicate and inform us about how much our country and world is falling apart.

As Holy Week began, Franciscan priests from Holy Name College, who ministered to patients at the hospital, were told their contract to provide pastoral care had ended and it was time for them to hit the bricks.
“It is a mistake, even heresy,” warned St. Francis de Sales, to “banish the devout life from the company of soldiers.” But the Biden administration did just that and turned Holy Week into Hell Week for Catholic servicemembers at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
Holy Week is a curious time for Walter Reed to jettison clergy. It’s a time rich in meaning: the Lenten season of fasting and almsgiving winds down, Christ’s suffering is mourned, and the Resurrection of our Lord is celebrated. As a practical matter, it’s a busy week for the faithful and one that “require[s] the presence of validly ordained priests,” as Senator Marco Rubio pointed out.
When their contract ended on March 31, the priests became volunteers and their ministry continued. Their devotion to duty irritated the DHA, who demanded they stop practicing their faith.
“The previous contractor [the Franciscans] continued to provide services after April 1st,” a DHA spokesman said. For that reason, “a cease and desist letter was sent stating the former contractor could not perform services since they were not under contract.”
The cease and desist order violates the religious liberty of both priest and patient. It is a government lockdown of the priest’s sacred office, and it enjoins the lay person from the free exercise of his religion. On the civility scale, it doesn’t even register. It’s a cold heart that issues an injunction to the Savior’s servants.”
The FBI has vowed to launch an internal investigation to look into a now-retracted, leaked document which advised the agency to infiltrate groups of Roman Catholics which were 'at risk of committing acts of extremist violence,' the Daily Caller reports. Also see this document from Jim Jordan.
“The FBI document cites the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), including the group's list of "Radical Traditional Catholicism Hate Groups."
But the SPLC itself is a radical black hate group; full of extremely lame-brained, Leftist and loser blacks, with very little understanding of our fast-fading Eurocentric culture. These people somehow find anything and everything offensive, racist and/or‘dangerous.” It’s because these SPLC fools don’t have an ounce of common sense, zero brain cells and ZERO knowledge of Western Civilization.
It’s a huge problem because these US Blacks are unable to assimilate into our larger Eurocentric culture and so they are actively fighting it! How do you think that’s going to go? So these fools find themselves at odds with everything and everybody. They remain at war with White people, white culture and somehow want their own culture—but THEY DON’T HAVE ONE!

Look, the only real racists in this country are US Blacks. The SPLC is a racist,hate group plain and simple. Now the entire US Government is a hate group and are at “war” with White persons.
A Gulfcoastcommentary reader, who has a long history of living and working in Montana, sent me something that completely knocked his socks off. He saw that the previously sleepy little backwater airport in Bozeman, MT has turned into a huge air traffic hub with a fancy, brand new and large airport. Here’s a pic of the new airport:

“We've witnessed total monetary disorder (and every other kind of disorder) caused by the dumbest and destructive people on the planet: the US govt.
10s of millions, maybe 60+ million, maybe 80 million, have enjoyed gigantic unearned capital gains on real estate. They have been rewarded handsomely for taking on a huge amount of debt. Also stocks are still in a massive bubble, showering more millions of people in the top 10 or 15% of income, with massive unearned capital gains.
For example, because of massive wealth inequality caused by govt spending (debt) and govt 'printing presses," two of my nephews are now millionaires as their houses inflated past $1 million. One sold at $1.125 million and he downsized in Tampa. My Denver area nephew still lives in his massively price-inflated place.
Notice that I keep using the word “unearned.” Hell, do people even have to work anymore? Apparently not. Buy a place in MT, using a truckload of debt, and enjoy even more millions in unearned capital gains (which get favorable govt tax treatment)! That’s EXACTLY what's happening.
We're already way past 1929 bubble territory and into La La land and extremes never seen before. We're witnessing the MOTHER of all bubbles in everything! I’ll admit that I'm annoyed because I haven't any debt for 35 years, or more.
All this while the US gobmint is begging, BEGGING for war with BOTH Russia AND China and risking nuclear calamity and total defeat. WHEN that happens, expect money printing-on-steroids and Weimar inflation IF Washington even exists after a nuclear war.
Is that how all this ends? Yes. And the wealthy in MT might just survive and become wealthier than King Midas!” I’m going to write a post called “Fix the Money, Fix the World.” to elaborate.
