Phony Government Lawfare Against Citizen Trump

All the usual media outlets like NPR, NBC, MSDNC are breathlessly repeating that Trump’s been charged with four FELONIES!! OMG! Hair’s on Fire!!

It’s all for show and distraction from the REAL felonious behavior of the Biden Crime Family, the despicable attempt of the administration to fight a war with Russia, and to continue an endless smear campaign against President and Presidential Candidate Trump from 2016 to the present. 

From Insider: “Former President Donald Trump was indicted Tuesday on four counts in connection to the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot.

The charges include 1) conspiracy to defraud the United States, 2) conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, 3) obstruction of and an attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and 4) conspiracy against rights.”

It shows that sicko and political puppet Jack Smith has NOTHING! These charges should be considered, if you excuse the pun, “trumped-up” charges. You see, this is the way that the Federal government and prosecutors successfully railroad zillions of people into jail, just like the J6 defendants— using these flimsy charges of ‘CONSPIRACY to commit a crime’ that are in the legal code as felonies. It’s almost as bad as Federal stings where the government manufactures a crime.

Once charged and smeared in the eyes of the public, and after massive and misleading publicity, these cretins force the unfortunate citizen to plead guilty to some other bullshit charge to lessen his jail time. But it still puts innocent people into jail for years or decades.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is part and parcel of US Government lawfare operations. The point is that YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE TO BE GUILTY to be put in this legal meat grinder!

Once accused, VERY FEW persons have the financial means to fight the Feds or any other prosecutor. This while the “government(s)” have UNLIMITED RESOURCES to railroad you or I. In other words prosecutors have ALL the power. And abuse it, they do. First, they ruin your reputation, then they railroad you into prison if they want.

I had to research the meaning of conspiracy against rights. Oh boy, what a stretch! From Businessinsider, “That statute dates back to the US Civil War Reconstruction period, passed in 1870 and 1871, where the law was intended to be used to prosecute folks in the South trying to disenfranchise Black voters. As the US Senate's website puts it, when the statute was passed, "forces in some states were at work" to "deny black citizens their legal rights."

This shows how desperate Jack Smith is. I told you it’s a huge stretch.

When you have to go back to US Civil War Reconstruction period-laws to smear and attempt to jail citizen Trump in an attempt to make him a “political prisoner,” then you’ve gone beyond the pale. This is banana republic stuff and reeks of political motivations. Of course with government controlled media outlets, the damage is done immediately in “the court of public opinion” just due to “news” of “FOUR INDICTMENTS!!” alone. Any prosecutor can literally manipulate nearly any Grand Jury to “indict” using these types of scurrilous allegations.

Prosecutorial abuse is a huge problem in this country and we’re seeing it clearly here. That’s partly why the USA has the biggest prison population in the world at 1.8 million citizens. The next highest totals are China at 1.7 million (but 6 times the population of the US), then Brazil at 0.835 million then Russia at 0.433 million. See the Wiki page here.

Welcome to prison nation. It’s due to out-of-control prosecutors, huge budgets, captive grand juries carefully selected by prosecutors, rules of evidence that allow prosecutors to mislead the juries, and laws that shouldn’t even be in the legal codes. It’s just my guesses here as I’m no lawyer.
