Short Takes #1: Chronicling the Ongoing Collapse of America and the World

It's entirely possible that the US and World are now in the process of a historic collapse -- one that will only be recognized in hindsight in the fullness of history. You see, it doesn't feel like it from day-to-day, but from a longer term perspective the events that are associated with the collapse of finance and society are increasing in frequency and severity.  Taken together, collapse is happening. It's entirely possible that much more notable and dramatic events are in store for the future.

This is the first in an ongoing series of posts consisting of "short takes" of notable events that are occurring under our noses that indicate and inform us about how much our country and world is falling apart. It's anyone's guess when events occur that everyone will be able to see that we're in complete crisis.

In a way, I've already started the Short Takes Countdown to Collapse series with a number of recent blog posts. This first post will be a recap of very recent posts. Future posts will be mostly interesting posts from other sources and writers that will be highlighted.  Note that the highlighted titles in bold and underlined are hyperlinks to the relevant articles or posts.

1) This Fourth Turning Crisis Period to Last Until 2029

2)  Sound Familiar? French People See 'Diversity Disaster' as Attack on French Identity; Risk of Civil War 

A new poll has found that a majority of French people support the sentiments expressed in a letter signed by active duty and retired members of the military warning that the country is heading towards a “civil war” caused by failed multiculturalism and attacks on French identity.

Around 1,000 servicemembers signed the letter, including 20 retired generals, warning President Emmanuel Macron of “several deadly dangers” threatening France, including “Islamism and the hordes of the banlieue,” a reference to the fractured suburbs around major cities with high crime and immigrant populations.

The signatories also blame the “anti-racism” movement for seeking to create a “racial war” by attacking symbols of French cultural cohesion and identity, including statues.

The letter blames “fanatic partisans” for seeking to create divisions within communities that have created a vacuum for Islamists to assert their control.

“The hour is grave, France is in peril,” states the letter, which was published on 21 April – the 60th anniversary of a failed coup d’état.

3) Financial Fragility Increasing: "Now The Fed Must Save "Stawks" Intraday! What a Clown Show This Country Is!'

I wrote a blog post from February 7, 2021 called "The Economy is Nearing Collapse, Part 1: Exploding Government Desperation" where I chronicle the ever-increasing desperation of the government collosus (The Federal Reserve and US Govt) to prevent any kind of upset to markets.

Now, they are so afraid that even minor INTRADAY stock market volatility DICTATES POLICY STATEMENTS!!

Yesterday, May 4, 2021, Treasury Secretary Yellen spoke the obvious truth when she said that interest rates might have to rise to cool an overheating economy. This kind of comment used to be entirely orthodox and draw yawns. But yesterday, the Nasdaq dropped 3% from it's bloated bubble levels. THE HORRORS!! Then she basically said "Never mind, I didn't mean it!"  I kid you not.

4) Anti-Whiteness and Anti-Americanism in these Disunited States  The Ongoing Collapse of The West Continues Uninterrupted

The Disunited States are a multicultural calamity. While white liberals create an anti-white system of caste privileges, Washington pursues conflict with Russia, China, and Iran. Are demonized white Americans going to fight for a country that is abusing them and turning them into second class citizens? 

As Judge Robert Bork warned 25 years ago, “American culture is Eurocentric, and it must remain Eurocentric or collapse into meaninglessness.  Standards of European and American origins are the only possible standards that can hold our society together and keep us a competent nation.  If the legitimacy of Eurocentric standards is denied, there is nothing else.  . . .  We are, then, entering a period of tribal hostilities.  Some of what we may expect includes a rise in interethnic violence, a slowing of economic productivity, a vulgarization of scholarship (which is already well under way.)” 

American students are not enculturated into their civilization and neither are Europeans.  In place of education there is anti-white indoctrination. University reading lists consist of compilations of rants by ideologues describing the horrors of slavery, which is said to be unique to Western civilization.  National consciousness is being stamped out along with scholarly and artistic standards.  As Bork warned, the destruction of Western legitimacy means only interethnic violence remains.  In Raspail’s novel, the guilt-ridden French never reach this conclusion and experience genocide.

5) The Rise of Systemic White Discrimination: Ilana Mercer: Call It By It's Correct Name -- SYSTEMIC ANTI-WHITE Discrimination! 

Ilana Mercer is a white woman from South Africa who eventually had to escape the Anti-Whiteness and death squads of the black ANC who are now terrorizing and ruining South Africa. 6) 317 US Military Generals Sign Letter Warning That Our Nation is Deep Peril

"Our Nation is in deep peril. We are in a fight for our survival as a Constitutional Republic like no othertime since our founding in 1776. The conflict is between supporters of Socialism and Marxism vs. supporters of Constitutional freedom and liberty.

With the Democrat Party welcoming Socialists and Marxists, our historic way of life is at stake.” Unfortunately, that statement’s truth was quickly revealed, beginning with the election process itself.Without fair and honest elections that accurately reflect the “will of the people” our Constitutional Republic is lost.  

Under a Democrat Congress and the Current Administration, our Country has taken a hard left turn toward Socialism and a Marxist form of tyrannical government which must be countered now by electing congressional and presidential candidates who will always act to defend our Constitutional Republic. 

The survival of our Nation and its cherished freedoms, liberty, and historic values are at stake."
