The Crux of Our Black Problem, Part 2

In my post The Crux of Our Black Problem, I try to explain the differences between the “genetic heritage” of US Blacks who arrived as slaves versus the European and Northern European populations that came to the North American continent. I propose that our cultural heritage, and our genetic heritage, explain the most fundamental traits of our personality, intelligence, interests and even behavior. There is a big difference between them. For all practical purposes, Many US Blacks don’t have much of a heritable culture at all. They desperately want one and often actively reject the prevailing White “culture.” This is fairly disastrous.

In the revised graphic from The Crux of Our Black Problem above, I highlight the bottom half of the black population with estimated IQ levels in blue rectangle. The stanford-binet intelligence tests indicate “intellectual age.” For a population with an 100 point median, the median is considered 18 years old, or an average white (western) adult. The Black median IQ at 82 corresponds to a mental age of 14.8 years old. 

Let’s Focus On Just One Genetic Heritable Trait for a Moment: Intelligence

The Blue Rectangle above shows that ONE HALF of all blacks are BELOW 14.8 years mental age. Again, this is not that unusual in the world (and is not intended to be mean or derogatory), but it stands-out as dramatically low compared to the Anglosphere and the high IQ populations in East Asia. That ONE HALF below the median of 82 points stands out as “seriously limited” intellectually.

You would expect that HALF of black persons, who are low functioning would have difficulty coping with the ordinary requirements and demands of modern/daily life. With a mental age of ~12 to 14.8 yo, it’s quite easy to easily see that ONE HALF of Black kids are UNABLE to graduate from high school. And that’s what we are seeing. One half of Latino kids don’t graduate from high school.

From The Christian Science Monitor, they clarify that “The National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) defines proficiency as “demonstrated competency over challenging subject matter,” which experts interpret as high achievement.” There is also an advanced level, a proficient level and a basic level for test results. Below is the NAEP results for Virginia in 2019. Note the “advanced” column (not highlighted) on the right:

From the chart, nearly 90% of Asian kids perform at “proficient” or “advanced.” Sixty percent (60%) of White students perform at “proficient” or “advanced.” For Virginia blacks, 19% perform at the higher categories. (All data here from VA.)

But about 56% of black students can do basic level academic work and do receive diplomas that “certify” to that students and his/her parents that they have met the standards for HS grads. Note that 56% of blacks can perform at Basic, 16% at “proficient” and 3% at “advanced.”

But that means that 44% of Blacks are BELOW “basic” —which may mean “inadequate” or unable to graduate?? Some 18% of Whites and 33% of Hispanics did not meet even “basic” levels—which presumably means inadequate/not able to graduate from HS. This is probably a fair assessment as 50% of Latinos and Blacks don’t graduate/drop-out of HS. It wouldn’t surprise me if 18% of whites drop out of HS nationwide.

This half of young Black people not graduating and/or dropping out should probably be expected to need extensive supervision and care by both family and institutions. Many find themselves in trouble with police and up to 37.5% of black kids who don’t graduate high school will spend time in prison/jail—it’s a large number. In the US, there is a plurality of blacks in prison, even though they are only 1/8th of our population.

The truth is that this country has a huge problem with criminality in young black men and black men in general. Young black men are prone to be criminals at rate at least 5 or 6 times more often than whites (10X in urban areas).  One-in-nine adult black men is in prison at this very moment.

Since Hispanics/Latinos score somewhat better than blacks, with their group’s median IQ of 89 or so, they also have many individuals struggling with the requirements of ordinary life. (And it doesn’t help that ordinary life struggles are worsening for ALL working class portions of our populations as our economy is hollowed-out by “globalization.”) Again only about 50% of Latinos graduate from high school. Many of them also find themselves in trouble with the police.

For ALL of these kids not able to graduate High School, many join the military or get basic jobs or even apprenticeships. It’s not the end of the world, though.

I’ve consistently called for trade schools for ALL the kids who are not “college-bound.” Practical skills, plus reading, writing and arithmetic that lead to apprenticeships would be enormously useful. Trade schools used to be more prevalent, but I’m not sure about that. Maybe someone could clue me in on this subject?

But, from a cultural standpoint, Latinos are better than Blacks at taking care of their own people. For instance, you’ll only rarely see a Latino beggar at street corners. It’s because they have deeper cultures, intact families and roots in church and community which allows families to take care of their own. Crucially then, they share a common thread or influence from our country’s European cultural heritage and are thus more compatible with the White population. That is a key, critical point. And there are far less Latinos in prison compared to Blacks even though their HS drop-out rate is similar.

Blacks are basically disconnected with Euro/Western culture in so many ways; but not all obviously. And, it’s true that it’s not their fault. Their roots are African as mentioned above and in The Crux of our Black Problem. Good News: There Are Many Different Types of “Intelligence” or Talent

Remember, IQ was designed to predict academic success and it works in that regard reasonably well but are used with other indications of motivation, drive, social skills, interests, maturity etc. Not every field of study or human activity is academic though. There’s more to life than school, ie., music, art, performance art, sports, mechanical/repair, etc.

I’m going to state the obvious: there are many different kinds of intelligence. There’s emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, artistic and musical intelligence, mechanical intelligence/skills, sport skill intelligence. I believe that everyone is born with some skill or ability. The hard part is to identify your gift! But you have one! Take a look at the graphics below:

The Crux of Our Black Problem - Cultural and Genetic Heritages

THIS CHART IS WHY US BLACKS BELIEVE IN SYSTEMIC RACISM. APPARENTLY THEY NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHAT EVERY STANDARDIZED TEST IN HIGH SCHOOL INDICATED???

In previous posts, I calculated that 90% of the US black population have IQ levels less than the White median of 100. (Median of 82, std deviation of 13). This isn't catastrophic in any way by itself, as 82 is probably close to the world average intelligence, which by itself doesn’t mean much.

You see, in many/most parts of the world, including Africa, you will generally find much less sophisticated people who wouldn’t score well at any measure of academic capability. It’s just not their culture(s). At the same time, you’ll find these people are very charming; fun-loving, kind and playful. And who wouldn’t want to hang out with these kind of people? Africans treat white visitors in a special welcoming way. I know because I worked in two different countries in Africa. That’s what makes world travel so interesting and fun.

But not US Blacks. Many are quite horrible: so aggrieved, so miserable and often with bad and sour attitudes thanks to the victimhood crap foisted on them by Democrats. Democrats, in order to stay relevant, must keep alive 50 and 60 year old greivances long after the USA has MORE THAN FIXED it’s racial predjudice problems.

One time, I happen to listen to a Larry Elder radio show. A black lady called into the show and complained that Arkansas is so racist. Larry inquired what she meant about her racism. She eventually explained that "I can't find a job."

So, this nice black lady conflated her inability to find or qualify for a job as racism. Larry told the lady that Arkansas is a poor state and maybe she should live someplace with better employment prospects. But this is how everything is racist for US blacks. This and the chart above explains why blacks feel that everything is biased against them.

It’s More Than Low Intelligence; Their Cultural Inheritance Is Radically Different

Much of who we are is genetically inherited. Our intelligence, our behavior, our physical characteristics, our personality, our basic interests and preferences are all based in our genetic heritage.

White folks are very gifted with an amazing cultural (and genetic) heritage. The White race, with European roots that date back to ancient Rome and Greece cultures, came to this wild and mostly empty continent and masterminded the most vibrant, free, prosperous and advanced society in human history,

In contrast, he non-European Africans have a very different “genetic inheritance” that's not the White European culture. Christianity mostly passed them by (but Islam didn't). The Rennaissance passed them by. The 18th century Enlightenment passed them by. EVERY IMPORTANT INTELLECTUAL, ARTISTIC, PHILOSOPHICAL, CULTURAL, POLITICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCE PASSED THEM BY. ADAM SMITH PASSED THEM BY. EVERYTHING IMPORTANT PASSED THEM BY. It continues to pass them by hundreds of years later.

As a result US Blacks, descended from Africa, often don't understand much of "western" values and culture that we take for granted. They don’t even care much for Western music—-just look at all the “reaction videos” on YouTube. They are always black folks “discovering” white music because it’s so foreign to them!

Everything that has been tried to equalize racial differences has failed. Even after 50+ years of desegregation, busing, affirmative action, income supports, lowered standards, welfare and Great Society "reparations," nothing has worked. The academic gap is the same or worse.

Blacks blame the culture of white people for their inability. It's really just an excuse.  It's really that they fail to understand that their lack of intellectual and/or academic ability isn't racism, it's just unfortunate. It's no one's fault, except perhaps their own attitudes. They are simply different.  

Despite our differences being no one’s fault, our political elites are determined to destroy our culture and denigrate White persons. First was desegregation. In hindsight, it was probably a huge mistake for the Supreme court to 'legislate' de-segregation because that's what people wanted and it "worked" in a way to create peaceful co-existence. Then South Africa HAD TO BE punished for their “white rule.” They submitted to all the economic sanctions and coercion. Blacks were then put in charge, and after about 20 years, the country is nearing a catastrophic collapse as their electrical power grid is about to collapse and can’t be restarted. All this because we can't be honest about Black "culture" and intelligence or the lack thereof.

Because We Can’t Be Honest About Our Differing Cultural and Genetic Heritages

It’s become apparent that peaceful mixing of the races and even minimal education and improvement of the US black condition is shown to be nearly impossible, mostly due to genetic differences/inheritances between races, there are now efforts by the Democratic Party to bring down White and overall acheivement to a lower level to "be fair." Basic education is being re-designed to dumb-down everyone to a MUCH lower level.

We're told by blacks that objective, rational and linear thinking is Whiteness, therefore it's racist and we can’t have that! Blacks call it racist because they have so little of this logical capability. Music theory is racist because they can't understand the theory. Math is racist because they can't do it. BLM claims that intact family units are racist because they have so little of that. All of these things now feel foreign to Black people. Blacks are rarely excel in STEM: science, technology, math or engineering (where the good-paying jobs are). 90% of black kids can't understand much of this. That's why they call it "racist" now. Everything is racist! 

History must be re-written to conform to this new Marxist thought. The "woke" bullshit is part of it: "Woke" is simply Black Hatred of White Civilization: Even "Half-Blacks" Bring Disorder and Chaos. We owe all this bullshit to MARXIST DEMOCRATS, now that they are entirely the "party of Black."

So, our outstanding legal, scientific, artistic, cultural heritage (white European heritage) , is now being thoroughly discredited as if it didn't happen!! Yes, Whites owe other races for their braun and energy, but our country and culture was entirely masterminded by White persons. But now White persons are enemy #1 to the “party of black.”

Radically Decentralize: A Return to Strict Federalism Could Save Our Nation

The US FEDERAL Government Must Be Drastically Downsized with at Least 80% of the Bureaucracy Eliminated/Outsourced. Power Must Be Returned to THE STATES As the Constitution Prescribes.

A Return to Stricter Federalism Could Save Our Nation

 

Strict Federalism was already devised for us by the most enlightened and brilliant men that ever lived—our Founding Fathers in the late 1780s. Strict Federalism means that all 50 states can pursue very different preferences or customs. For example, some might prefer recreational drug legalisation, to have or not have state income taxes, to provide or not provide free choice for schooling and now abortion.

Citizens in each state are likely to be happy in a State that conforms to their views and standards: Vermont could legalize all recreational drugs, try to provide universal Health Insurance for all those in their state (it was considered, but they realized that they would be bankrupted, so they let the Fed Government go bankrupt), whereas Texas might stay with robust, but regulated, private insurance options. It’s actually a brilliant and beautiful system; 50 somewhat unique “countries” in a coalition, ie., the united states of (in) America.

It should have been this way all along. In fact, IT WAS THAT WAY for 150 years of our history.

And now a disruptive reversion back to a stricter Federalism is likely necessary to avoid the dissolution of our country. That means a drastic reduction of the Federal Bureaucracies in a DRASTIC downsizing.

The Indictment of a Competing Presidential Candidate Is the Latest Wake-up Call

 

Borrowing from the guardians of freedom like John Whitehead at The Rutherford Institute:

“Indicting Donald Trump for allegedly violating both the Espionage Act and obstructing justice by improperly handling classified records—is merely the latest in a never-ending series of distractions, distortions, and political theater aimed at diverting the public’s attention from the sinister advances of the American Deep State.

Don’t allow yourselves to be distracted, diverted or mesmerized by the cheap theater tricks.

When the government and its agents no longer respect the rule of law—the Constitution—or believe that it applies to them, then the very contract on which this relationship is based becomes invalid.

This abuse of power has been going on for so long that it has become the norm, the Constitution be damned.

There are hundreds—make that thousands—of government bureaucrats who are getting away with murder (in many cases, literally) simply because the legislatures, courts and the citizenry can’t be bothered to make them play by the rules of the Constitution.

Unless something changes in the way we deal with these ongoing, egregious abuses of power, the predators of the police state will continue to wreak havoc on our freedoms, our communities, and our lives.

Sorry to tell you: The republic has fallen.

The Federal Government is a Necessary Evil; Smaller is Better 

 

Even the 1960s ‘radicals’ like Neil Young, Joni Mitchell and Jane Fonda knew that the Federal Government was evil. After all, ‘Government’ is force and it’s deadly force.

Armed troops lost their temper and composure at a 1970 Kent State war protest and murdered 4 unarmed college protestors in cold blood. That’s power. Government is AT BEST a necessary evil. The WORST IS WHAT WE HAVE TODAY.

The FBI continually tried to expell/deport NYC resident John Lennon on a old marijauna possession charge. It was a vendetta by Nixon and J. Edgar Hoover, the head of the FBI that lasted for more than a decade. The Government hounded Lennon for a decade or more! It’s a good thing that he was rich because the Federal Government almost never loses it’s cases. The Federal prosecutor win rate in court is 99.4% which is a lot higher than even the Nazi government. Sorry, but we DO have a Nazi government.

The government can and does frame, coerce and jail people it doesn’t like; like Jacob “Qanon Shaman” Chansley and hundreds of other Americans are today’s prisoners of US Government J6 lies—and these are just the tip of the iceberg. They can threaten you with trumped-up charges to force a plea bargain. I call it railroading. Prosecutorial abuse is a HUGE thing across our country. How come the party of Black persons is not championing judicial reform including WIDESPREAD prosecutorial abuse?

Other Democrats in the 1960s, like Joni Mitchell and Neil Young, protested the Vietnam war and Kent State killings. Jane Fonda naively went to Hanoi to make nice with the Communists there and drew a huge amount of condemnation by the US public and was accused of basically being a traitor. But all of these anti-war radicals were largely correct that the war was unnecessary and started based on flimsy premises and by rabid anti-Communist hysteria created by the entirely-evil CIA.

Even President Johnson expressed misgivings about getting involved in Vietnam, but he did. He probably got the nudge to obey the CIA or else. Remember, the CIA had killed JFK after Kennedy threatened to end the CIA. Before Kennedy, Eisenhower had warned of vast power of the (Big Government) military industrial complex in 1961 at his farewell address, and tried to warn us of the growing problem with the ever-growing Federal bureaucracy and the US war-machine. Seymour Hersch is another antiestablishmentarian who wrote in the 1960s and 1970s to expose the massive abuses and wholesale murder by the US Government in Viet Nam. Now, many decades later, Hersch has again exposed a dastardly plot of the US Government in the explosion/destruction of the Russian Nordstream natural gas pipelines to punish Russia in another propaganda push by Big Govt.

He was right back in the late 60s and early 70s and he’s quite right again. The US Government is pursuing yet another unnecessary proxy war with Russia and risking a nuclear war. The same party of “radicals” who rightly questioned and objected to the Vietnam War have turned on Seymour Hersch, impugning his integrity, and are calling Hersch every name in the book and accused him of MISINFORMATION. All his detractors are ignorant government flunkies.

Democrats (and Uni-party) are the Parties of chaos; Anti-White, Anti-Euro-heritage and the War Party.

The new old “radicals” are instead 100% now owned and captured by the US Government propaganda operation. It’s a 180 degree inversion. Suddenly, no one is skeptical of government??? What the fuck!?!

So it’s ironic that some of these very people, correct to question Big Government back in the 1960s have become patsies for Big Govenment. People who were once wise to “The Man” have BECOME “The Man.” WTF? 

The Covid Scam and Massive Power Grab

 

Remember recently when, the now elderly, Joni Mitchell attacked people who rightly questioned the largely untested Covid Vaccine project? She accused these people of “misinformation!” OMG!

Neil Young, a 1960s counter-culture hero, also went all-in on the Vaccine experimental gene therapy tyranny and said that COVID-19 vaccine misinformation was being promoted by Joe Rogan.

But on Rogan’s show, Rogan was merely debating the vaccine pros/cons—like he does. Really these former “radicals” have become govt flunkies and wanted to tryranically shut you up and force you to obey all the Federal Government flunkies, liars, propagandists, shysters and turds like dipshit Fauci. WTF??

The “vaccine” was half-baked and actually deadly, killing over 1000 people as detailed in Pfizer early post-release reports —results that they wanted to remain hidden for 70 years! They were desperate to hide the janky and even deadly results. The “vax”should have never been approved. Government hid the information and MANDATED the vaccines despite this information.

Then they continued mandating it to young people, who didn’t even need it. Young people have been dropping dead of heart attacks and myocarditis thanks to these whores. You see, there was an entire industry with financial interests behind this tyranny. Their greed knows no bounds.

Suddenly you were considered a traitor if you disobeyed government fiat and the janky “vaxx.” People were fired, persecuted and cancelled for nothing. The entire mult-year episode was generated by government-sponsored hysteria created (intentionally) FOR PROFITS.

The US Government is at War With Half Our Population

 

Much ink has been spilled about state’s pondering secceeding the Union lately. (See my post Update on Secession Movements: Is Balkanization of the United States Inevitable?) It’s entirely understandable now the Federal collossus has become completely out of control. Big government equals big coercion, big power, big money and massive corruption. People must remember that government is at best a necessary evil. And a government far from your location and your political preferences can be the most evil of all. We’re seeing that in spades now.  

J6 Insurrection Hoax

Most people who know the history of Government know that the entire J6 “insurrection”was a lie and yet ANOTHER Democrat Hoax. With the the Democrats. it’s been hoax after hoax after hoax after hoax after smear jobs: the Charlottesville “fine people” lies and hoax, the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax, the Mueller Panel of liars, the cheating in the 2020 election and the J6 Hoax. Lies, smears and demagoguery have been perfected by the Democrats and Uni-Party.

The J6 hoax was ANOTHER government-coordinated scam to defame and besmirch Donald Trump and the 1/2 of the country that are sympathetic to him. On January 6th the entire intent of the Government was to MANUFACTURE AN INSURRECTION HOAX. Locking up 100s of Conservatives is no problem for these freaks and stooges.

After reviewing footage withheld from the public by the January 6th Committee, Fox News host Tucker Carlson revealed video evidence that Jacob Chansley (given the moniker "QAnon Shaman"), was calmly escorted throughout the Capitol complex by Capitol Police, who even helped him find open doors.

“The tapes show the Capitol police never stopped Jacob Chansley," said Carlson. "They helped him. They acted as his tour guides," said Carlson.

The falsehoods, lies and propaganda promoted by Democrats have hundreds (one thousand???) of innocent private citizens in a hell-hole jail—captive of Democrats propagandists and Democrat prosecutors.

Rule of law is being entirely ignored! Jacob Chansley (and all the others) didn’t do anything wrong, but they were railroaded by Federal Prosecutors and Corrupt (Democrat) judges. The whole thing is rotten to it’s core. The US Govt is rotten to it’s core.

Even today, Elon Musk has called for freeing Jacob Chansley who is jailed for 41 months on Government-forced plea bargain. But don’t forget the others.

Remember, the US government is the enemy of Conservative America and Trump sympathizers. Make no mistake: It’s really the enemy of everyone. It’s outrageous and heads should have literally rolled—but the US Government is too big. It must be radically downsized, defunded and power returned to the States.

Remember: government is force and always an evil; but a necessary evil. It’s a pact with a devil. That’s why small government advocates and advocates for extreme forms of Federalism could save our Union.

All but the VERY FEW enumerated powers granted to the Federal Government should be returned to the States!
