The international “money for victimhood” made Yassir Arafat a very rich man with Forbes estimating his net worth at $3 to $13 billion. This is the real problem. Peace would end the gravy train.
Perpetuating conflict with Israel has been a very profitable ploy for a VERY small number of elites in the Palestinian territories and explains why the PLO, Yassir Arafat, Mahmud Abbas and Hamas have continued to reject peace for 70+ years now. I explain this Debunking the Palestinian Lie.
It’s a similar thing with Castro’s Cuba. There it’s really a mafia of sorts. Venezuela too. And it’s likely to be the same thing with Hamas. In all of these cases, gangsters have hijacked nations or communities.
Well, the PLO is gone and Hamas has taken control of a very profitable racket: the stealing of international aid meant to be for the Palestinian people and making significant profits in trade into Gaza. Like Arafat and Abbas, Hamas elites are wildly wealthy.

President Joe Biden announced on Wednesday that his administration is sending $100 million in “humanitarian assistance” to Gaza and the West Bank for the Palestinian people. The Gaza Strip is home to Hamas, a terrorist organization that recently attacked Israel, killing 1,300 people – mostly civilians – and wounding thousands more.
In a post on X, formerly Twitter, Biden insisted the aid will reach “those in need – not Hamas or terrorist groups,” but did not provide any details on how he will prevent the aid from supporting terrorists in the region.
Uh huh. Biden is just throwing more money: at Iran, at Hamas, at Israel, at Ukraine, at Taiwan and who knows who else. Can someone just shoot that traitor?
