Fraudulent Autopsy Concealed Truths of JFK Assassination

The autopsy that the U.S. national-security establishment conducted on President Kennedy’s body has always been the Achilles heel of the assassination. That’s because the autopsy was fraudulent. But because the military “classified” the autopsy, forcing enlisted personnel to sign secrecy oaths and threatening them with court martial or criminal prosecution if they ever revealed what they saw or did, the military was able to cover up much, but certainly not all, of its autopsy fraud for decades. That cover-up came to a screeching halt during the 1990s during the term of the Assassination Records Review Board (ARRB).

When I began delving into the JFK assassination many years ago, I naturally read lots of books. Gradually, I became convinced that the assassination was a highly sophisticated regime-change operation orchestrated and carried out by the U.S. national-security establishment. I became convinced that it was no different in principle from other regime-change operations, especially ones that involved state-sponsored assassinations based on “national security,” such as those operations that targeted Iranian leader Mohammad Mossadegh, Congo leader Patrice Lumumba, Chilean Gen. Rene Schneider, Cuban leader Fidel Castro, and Guatemalan president Jacobo Arbenz.

While I became convinced that the Kennedy assassination was, in fact, a regime-change operation, I also believed that I could never walk into a courtroom and prove it beyond a reasonable doubt, which is the standard of proof required in a criminal case. I didn’t think that any of the assassination researchers had provided sufficient evidence to meet that burden. After many years of studying the assassination, I still believe that to this day.

Thus, in my opinion, those who cry “Conspiracy theory!” when one focuses on what happened in Dealey Plaza are essentially saying, “You don’t have enough evidence to convict the national-security establishment of this offense beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Not so, however, with the autopsy. Once I came to the realization that the military establishment had conducted a fraudulent autopsy, it was “game over” and “case closed” for the national-security establishment. The fraudulent autopsy is the “back door” that establishes beyond a reasonable doubt criminal culpability of the national-security establishment in the Kennedy assassination.

The reason for this is that there is no innocent explanation for a fraudulent autopsy. None! No one has ever come up with one and no one ever will.

A fraudulent autopsy necessarily equates to cover-up. And the only entity that the national-security establishment would be covering up for would be itself, especially since the scheme for the fraudulent autopsy was launched at Parkland Hospital at the moment that Kennedy was declared dead. That was when a team of Secret Service agents, brandishing guns and stating that they were operating under orders, knowingly, intentionally, and deliberately violated Texas state law by prohibiting the Dallas County medical examiner, Dr. Earl Rose, from conducting an autopsy on the president’s body.

That Secret Service team forced its way out of Parkland and took the president’s body to Dallas’ Love Field, where the new president, Lyndon Johnson, was waiting for it. Johnson transported the body to Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, where it was delivered into the hands of the military. 

Keep in mind something important: This was a murder case under Texas law. No federal agency, including the Pentagon, the CIA, the Secret Service, the FBI, or the Justice Department, had jurisdiction over this crime. Nonetheless, the military, which by this time had became a dominant force in American life, took control over the autopsy.

The military’s autopsy fraud is detailed in my two books The Kennedy Autopsy and An Encounter with Evil: The Abraham Zapruder Story. The following are three examples of the autopsy fraud:

1. The ARRB discovered the existence of a Navy petty officer named Saundra Spencer, who worked in the Navy’s photographic lab in Washington, D.C.

Spencer told the ARRB a remarkable story. She said that on the weekend of the assassination, she was asked to develop the photographs of Kennedy’s autopsy. She was told that the operation was “classified.” She had kept her secret for more than 30 years, until the ARRB released her from her vow of secrecy.

When the ARRB showed Spencer the official autopsy photograph showing the back of JFK’s head to be intact, she stated that that was not the autopsy photograph that she developed. The photograph she developed showed a massive hole in the back of JFK’s head. That, of course, would imply a frontal shot, which was contrary to the official’’ narrative.

Spencer’s sworn testimony matched the statements of the treating physicians and several other witnesses at Parkland Hospital as well as witnesses at the Bethesda morgue, where the autopsy was carried out.

They stated that Kennedy had a massive, exit-sized wound in the back of his head. For example, Dr. Robert McClelland, one of the treating physicians stated, “I said, well, there is a wound in the back of his head here in the right side that’s at least five inches in diameter — a circular wound far in the back of his head.” Another example: Parkland Hospital physician Dr. Charles Carrico: “There was a large — quite a large — defect about here on his skull [pointing to the back of his head].” 

If Spencer, Dr. McClelland, Carrico, and all the other witnesses were telling the truth — and I’m convinced they were — then there is only one inescapable conclusion that can be drawn — that the military’s official photograph showing the back on President Kennedy’s head to be intact was fraudulent. 

2. The ARRB also discovered the existence of a man named Roger Boyajian, who, like Spencer, told the ARRB a remarkable story. He said that on the day of the assassination, he was a Marine Sergeant serving at the Bethesda National Naval Medical Center. He was ordered to go to the Bethesda morgue to provide security. 

Boyajian, who, like Spencer, had been sworn to secrecy, told the ARRB that the president’s body was brought into the morgue at 6:35 p.m. That presented a problem because the undisputed official narrative is that the president’s body was brought into the morgue at 8 p.m., almost an hour-and-a-half later, in the heavy, ornate casket into which it had been placed at Parkland Hospital.

Boyajian had reported this early introduction of the president’s body in an “after-action report” that he delivered to his superiors the week following the assassination. That military never turned over that report to the ARRB, as it was required to do under the law. But Sergeant Boyajian had kept a copy, which he delivered to the ARRB.

At the risk of belaboring the obvious, the military had to be up to no good in sneaking the president’s body into the Bethesda morgue and then, an hour-and-a-half later, reintroducing the entry of the body into the morgue. 

Was there corroboration for Boyajian’s extraordinary claim? Actually there was, and I detail it in The Kennedy Autopsy and An Encounter with Evil. Several Navy enlisted men stated that they carried the president’s body into the morgue in a light “shipping casket” rather than the heavy ornate casket into which the president’s body was placed in Dallas. Moreover, Lt. Col. Pierre Finck stated two times, including once under oath, that he was telephoned by Commander James Humes, the lead pathologist in the autopsy, at 8 p.m. inviting Finck to come to the morgue to assist with the autopsy. During that conversation, Humes told Finck that they already had x-rays of the president’s head. Since the undisputed official entry time of the president’s body was at 8 p.m., the only way that they could already have x-rays of the president’ head was if they were taking them after they sneaked the body into the morgue at 6:35 p.m.

3. The ARRB also discovered that there were two separate brain examinations in the Kennedy autopsy, one of which could not possibly have been the brain belonging to the president. When the military is falsely claiming that there was only one brain exam and when the military is falsely representing a brain to be that of President Kennedy, it would be difficult to find a better example of autopsy fraud than that.

As I stated above and as I have repeatedly emphasized over the years, there is no innocent explanation for a fraudulent autopsy. Once one concludes that the autopsy was fraudulent, one has automatically concluded that the assassination was orchestrated and carried out by the national-security establishment. There is no other reasonable conclusion that can be drawn.

• [Doug here:] Personally, I have seen the “analog” video footage of the shooting and the high powered ‘kill shot’ came from the front and exited the back of Kennedy’s head. In fact it blew off about a 5” diameter portion of the President’s skull and brain. This is the thing: I remember Jacky Kennedy immediately tried to gather the parts blown off JFKs head in an instinctive hope that these peices would be necessary if he was to be surgically repaired. It’s a very sad understanding.

• I once saw an interview with Jackie Kennedy in which she stated that she didn't climb onto the back of the car to save herself or run away. She saw a piece of John's head fly out onto the trunk (she actually said "brain"). She said she thought "he's going to need that" and she climbed out and grabbed it. Watch the film again with this in mind and see that this is exactly what Jackie did- she reached out and grabbed a piece of something and snatched it in. Watch her gaze follow the piece of flying brain before she leaps ontp the trunk. Could only have happened if that back of his head was blown out toward the rear trunk hood

• Those autopsy photos were included in a book that came out in the 90's. I found the book on remainder in a bookstore and bought two copies. I believe it was titled, "The Killing of a President." The photos clearly show the back of the president's head virtually gone. It also shows the X-ray evidence as well as the hastily constructed "fake" head they used for close-ups. They had attempted to re-assemble the president's skull to represent their claims but the job was clearly crude and obvious. Despite the makeup the military tried to use in covering Kennedy's wounds, the actual truth is plain for everyone to see: Our president was killed by someone in our government and the rest of the government and our court system covered for this deed.

• The reason why there were 2 caskets is because there were 2 bodies.  In the expensive casket was a police officer J D Tibet, nicknamed John Kennedy because he looked like the president,  who was killed by G. Gordon Liddy, talk show host.  In the very plain inexpensive casket was was the president. They used Tibet's body to frame Oswald, by making an entrance wound from the rear, while in the presidents airplane when Johnson was being sworn in as president.  I wonder which body made it to Arlington cemetery? 

• When Mike Pompeo didn’t answer the JFK question…that’s when I knew it was a CIA mission.  All these years I thought it was foreign actors.  In light of what’s happened in the past 5 years, there’s no doubt anymore, it was the CIA.

• There were 2 bodies, that of JFK, and the other of J.D. Tippet, the policeman that was killed on the same day as JFK, 45 minutes after.
  
  When you realize that J.D. Tippet's nickname was "JFK", because of his similar appearance to the president, the coincidences start to overwhelm.
  
  I think it's obvious that J.D. Tippet was killed by the same organization that killed JFK, and Tippet's body was used in place of Kennedy's at times, and grotesquely to "cut and paste" parts of both bodies together in order to get a corpse that fit the single-shooter narrative.

• we now know for certain that Oswald working with the CIA wasn’t just a theory at all but rather, a confirmed fact. Whether or not there was one or more shooters working together with Oswald is almost immaterial in light of the detail of Oswald’s previous CIA associations. 

• I saw the Zapruder film the next day. Anybody that has ever fired a rifle at anything can immediately see Kennedy was hit from the front. No amount of bullshit from Washington DC will change my mind. [Doug here: yes, only a head-on shot would blow a 5” hole in the back of JFKs head.]

• Not so puzzling when you consider that killing Tippet was the backup plan in case the wounds on JFK could not support a single-shooter-from-the-back theory, which they could not. 45 minutes is enough time to figure out that you need another body that looks like JFK with the "right" wounds, and then go out and get it. Of course, they made an error and didn't get the "right" wounds in Tippet either, so there was some patchwork to be done.

• Look, during the Cold War, the military and the CIA got a little too frisky. Everybody was paranoid and jumped up. After the Bay of Pigs fiasco, Kennedy fired the out of control CIA director Dulles. Kennedy was also backing out of the Vietnam engagement. Military and CIA killed Kennedy. Did it  IN YOUR FACE.  Then Dulles, the fired CIA director, lead the Warren report whitewashing the assassination.Johnson then went full bore on Vietnam. Dulles got the airport in D.C. named after him. The CIA has been steering the ship since 1963, most recently torpedoing Trump. They invited the FBI and NSI in to the party in the last few years. How it is.

• Jackie Kennedy was standing next to LBJ when he was inaugurated. She was still wearing the pink skirt with JFK's blood all over it. LBJ urged her to change, but she stood fast, saying,"I want the American people to see what's been done to him." She was only 34 at the time, that's showing some spine, given the role of women at the time. I read many years ago that she wrote an autobiography that can't be published until 50 years after her death--21 years to go; my guess it is should be quite revealing about what she knew or believed regarding his death. 

• On October 1963 JFK signed the order to take all 16,000 advisors/troops out of Vietnam by 1965. The first 1,000 troops would be pulled out by December 63. In November he was murdered. One week after his death LBJ rescinded the order. The next year 250,000 troops were sent by Congress and LBJ. And now it is essentially understood Oswald was a CIA asset. All coincidence I suppose.

• Maybe after the US Financial/Military Hegemony dies it's certain death, we might then find *who* did this.

  Our bet is on the Dulles Brothers. The elder brother was heavily involved in/after WWII. Both brothers hated the Kennedy Patriarch. His younger brother despised Kennedy. He had the means, the opportunity and the power to assassinate The President.....And don't expect Robert Kennedy to finally come out and tell the truth. He's got family, and he doesn't want harm brought upon his disclosure. Nonetheless, he's stated that, likely, The CIA murdered his uncle. 

• Gerald Ford was appointed to the Warren Commission by LBJ.  Ford did his part and then was made president after they got rid of Nixon.

  George Bush was already secretly in the CIA and was suspected of being involved in the assassination.  Ford made him head of the CIA.  Nice way to destroy evidence.  And then he too was made president.

• From Wiki about David Lifton, who wrote a carefully researched book that was published by McMillan called “Best Evidence: Disguise and Deception in the Assassination of John F. Kennedy.”

  The central thesis of the book is that President Kennedy’s body had been altered between the Dallas hospital and the autopsy site at Bethesda for the purpose of creating erroneous conclusions about the number and direction of the shots. He details evidence—using both the Warren Commission documents and original research and interviews with those involved at both Dallas and Bethesda—of a stark and radical change between the descriptions of the wounds by the medical staff at Dallas and those at Bethesda.^[11] For instance, nearly all the Dallas medical staff thought the head wound entered from the front and exited through a 2-in. by 2.-in. hole in the exterior.^[11] The autopsy, on the contrary, reported a massive exit wound in the front (about 4x the size of the reports of the Dallas staff), which would indicate a shot from the rear.^[1]

  It was these sort of conflicts that drove his quest.^[1] The Warren Commission had ultimately resolved them through relying on what was considered the “best evidence”, the autopsy report and photos; but that didn’t satisfy Lifton.^[11]

  As Lifton was methodically working through the 26-volume Warren Commission report and exhibits, he stumbled upon what would become the fulcrum of his narrative, the answer he was looking for. He read, according to a report by FBI agents Siebert and O'Neill who attended the autopsy and took notes on everything they observed, that it was "apparent that a tracheotomy had been performed...as well as surgery of the head area, namely, in the top of the skull."^[1] Since Lifton knew that there was no surgery to the head in Dallas, this was the fact that intensified and focused his research, leading ultimately to the synthesis of the contradictory Dallas/Bethesda evidence to his conclusion that there was intentional fraud, that is, as Lifton puts it, a “medical forgery” to the body of the President.^[12]

  In connection with his body alteration theory, Lifton hypothesized about when and where the alteration took place. He posits that after John F. Kennedy's assassination, unnamed conspirators on Air Force One removed Kennedy's body from its original bronze casket and placed it in a shipping casket, while en route from Dallas to Washington. Once the presidential plane arrived at Andrews Air Force Base, the shipping casket with the President's body in it was surreptitiously taken by helicopter from the side of the plane that was out of the television camera's view. Kennedy's body was then taken to an unknown location — most likely Walter Reed Army Medical Center — where the body was surgically altered to make it appear that he was shot only from the rear.^[12][13]

  Among the explicitly stated clear implications of the book are the following: The assassination was an “inside” job with, at minimum, a number of secret service men involved—the ones who controlled the scene and the evidence^[11] and Oswald was, as he stated after his arrest, “a patsy."

• Anyone who looks into the JFK assassination will see the MIC involved in every aspect of it.  Off the top of my head:

  Oswald worked on the top secret U2 spy plane, then 'defected' to the USSR just before the U2 was shot down. THEN Oswald left the Soviet Union with his Russian wife and was NOT thrown in prison but set up in Dallas to work with the FBI & CIA.

  The Secret Service was called off JFK's limo.

  The motorcade route was changed to include a more than 90 degree turn - a clear security violation.

  Windows were open in Dealy Plaza - a clear security violation. [Doug here: it was a convertible Lincoln limo, no?]

  Witnesses heard and reported many more than 3 shots.

  The number of witnesses who committed suicide with shotguns just prior to their scheduled testimony is Clintonesque.

JHK: The Lying, Corrupt USSA Deep State "Blob" Can't Last Forever

When you deny what is self-evident, you are at war with reality, and that never ends well. This is the ultimate disposition of our country’s years-long misadventure in maximum dishonesty. The American administrative Blob has not just lied about everything it does, but used the government machinery at hand to destroy everything it touches in a terminal-hysterical effort to cover up its misdeeds — including especially its crimes against its own people.

     Get this: there is no way that Ukraine can avoid defeat in its US-provoked struggle with Russia. Russia has every advantage. It is next door to Ukraine. It has robust arms production capacity. The terrain of the war is its own historic “borderland,” which it has controlled since the 18^th century, except for the past thirty years when Ukraine functioned as Grift Central for US military contractors and their political enablers. Despite massive arms assistance from the US and grudging contributions from the NATO contingent in Europe, there is almost nothing left of the Ukrainian military in troops, equipment, and munitions. Ukraine will return eventually to demilitarized “borderland” status.

     What are NATO’s alternatives now? It can try to return to negotiation. Russia has no reason to trust that process, given how the Minsk 1 and 2 accords worked out (NATO and the US willfully and dishonestly voided them). The US and NATO could send their own troops into Ukraine, but that would be suicide, considering the alliance’s arms and munitions drawdown and America’s feminized army. The US could go a little further and provoke a nuclear exchange (suicide by other means) — and given the level of terminal-hysterical insanity in the US Blob, that’s not out of the question.

     One likely, reality-based alternative is to stand by and let Russia complete its Special Military Operation to pacify and neutralize Ukraine. The prevailing theory is that this would be the end of America’s world dominance militarily, and effectively the end of NATO, but also the end financially for the US, as the non-West abandons the dollar. In that scenario, the BRICs dump their trillions in US bond holdings, sending all that putative “money” back to America, stoking a king-hell inflation, effectively bankrupting us. It would be the final fruit of the disastrous “Joe Biden” regime imposed on us via election fraud by the Blob: the US reduced in a few short years to a broke, socially disordered, marginalized power susceptible to its own political breakup — not a tantalizing outcome, but perhaps better than turning the planet Earth into a smoldering ashtray.

     That outcome would force our country to turn inward and face its own stupendous failures of honor, decency, and integrity. It would be the end of the Blob’s hegemony inside the USA. The question is whether the Blob sets America’s house on fire in the attempt to save itself and escape a legal accounting for its crimes. One kindling stack already burning is the pile-up of jive prosecutions aimed at Mr. Trump. You know that the attempt to kick him off the game-board using Special Counsel Jack Smith may easily lead to severe civil disorder, and possibly a counter-coup, a US first!

    The current Mar-a-Lago “Doc Box” case is as much a complete fabrication as were RussiaGate and Impeachment Number One — Mr. Trump’s telephone inquiry to Ukraine about the Biden family grifting operations there, now firmly documented to be true. An upright judge would summarily dismiss the Mar-a-Lago case and slam sanctions on the US attorneys involved, including disbarment and criminal investigation for mounting a maliciously fraudulent prosecution. AG Merrick Garland and his deputy, Lisa Monaco, obviously would have some ‘splainin’ to do, possibly before juries.

      A long list of public figures populating the Blob await a reckoning: Hillary and Bill Clinton and their retainers, Barack Obama and retinue, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey, Christopher Wray (plus Rosenstein, Strzok, McCabe, Carlin, Ohr, Mueller, Weissmann, Horowitz, Atkinson, Ciaramella, Vindman), Rep.      The weeks of summer 2023 are the fulcrum for a great public attitude adjustment. A Look At Harvard's Unfair Admissions Process: Asian Americans Royally Screwed

The Supreme Court’s decision on affirmative action and the reactions to it are the latest proof — as if any were needed — that politics in multiracial America are fractured beyond repair.

The best thing the decision did was demolish the idea that “diversity” on campus is so important that it justifies racial discrimination. As for the reactions, hysterical liberals — that is to say, Democrats and most of the media — genuinely seem to believe that the decision is a great victory for — guess what? — white supremacy. [Doug here: That's not true at all. White admissions were right in line with their academic index. It was asians who were massively discriminated against to allow more Hispanics and Blacks. First, let’s look at the racial discrimination in Harvard’s admissions policies, which was a big part of the case. Litigation often compels parties to cough up information they don’t want anyone to see.

The expert report was done by Peter Arcidiacono, is an economics professor at Duke, and used admissions data Harvard was forced to turn over. 

This table calculates what a Harvard class would have looked like if admissions had been based strictly on grades and test scores, or what Harvard called its “academic index.” 

If Harvard had randomly accepted whites, black, Hispanics and Asians from the “top decile,” or top 10 percent on the academic index, shown on the bottom line, the admitted class would have been 36.54 percent white, 0.76 percent black, 2.69 percent Hispanic, and 51.52 percent Asian. That would mean completely disregarded race. As you work up from the bottom line, you can see class composition if Harvard had ignored race but selected from the top 20 or 30 percent, etc.. What was the actual racial mix of admitted students?  That’s the blue line on the figure below:

Whites were 37.61 percent of the class — very close to the 36.54 percent that would have got in on merit. Blacks were 15.81 percent, or 22-1/2 times the number that would have been admitted on merit. Hispanics were 14.9 percent, or 5-1/2 times, and Asians were 24.86, or just under half the number that would have been admitted on pure academic index. 

Asians clearly paid the price so Harvard could let in so many blacks and Hispanics. 

Harvard was rigorously discriminating against Asians so as to admit favored minorities.

All Lies: Tucker Confirms The J6 "Insurrection" Was Full of Undercover Officers and Informants

Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson said Friday the Capitol Police chief told him the Jan. 6 riot crowd was “filled” with federal agents.

Carlson obtained more than 40,000 hours of video footage from the riot after Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy handed it over in February. Carlson began airing portions of the footage while he was still anchoring at Fox News.

Carlson sat down with actor Russell Brand on Friday and said he was “appalled” by the violence and vandalism seen on Jan. 6. He said the reason he “got involved in commenting on it” was because “the lying about it was immediate: ‘This was a racist, white-supremacist insurrection.'”

“I interviewed the chief of the Capitol Police, Steven Sund, in an interview that was never aired on Fox, by the way — I was fired before it could air, I’m gonna interview him again,” Carlson said. 

“But Steven Sund was the totally non-political, worked for Nancy Pelosi, I mean, this was not some right-wing activist. He was the chief of Capitol Police on January 6, and he said, ‘Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, that crowd was filled with federal agents.’ What? ‘Yes.’ Well he would know, of course, because he was in charge of security at the site.”

“So, the more time has passed … it becomes really obvious that core claims they made about January 6 were lies,” Carlson continued. “The amount of lying around January 6, and it was obvious in the tapes that I showed, is really distressing.”

Defendant Dominic Pezzola’s lawyer, Roger Roots, argued there were “at least 40” undercover informants at the riot. Roots alleged there were eight FBI human sources embedded among the Proud Boys on Jan. 6, along with 13 undercover plain-clothes DC Metro Police agents. FBI whistleblower George Hill alleged during a February interview with the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government that the field office in Washington may have had “undercover officers” and “confidential human sources” inside the Capitol on Jan. 6.

Figure 1 shows the electricity demand situation during the week of Texas’ famous freeze and disastrous rolling-blackouts during freezing weather during Feb 7-14, 2021

Even before wind turbines froze with ice coating, the combination of wind and solar providing 50% of electricity demand on a good day, the next day, the W+S power dropped to less than 5% of the electrical demand. This was during normal operation; well before freezing wind turbines. This is essentially the problem with wind and solar: there are wide swings in their capacity.

Solar never works at night and some nights might have calm winds.

This means conventional fossil or nuclear power (or massively expensive batteries?) will always need to be available as a backup for 90 to 100% of peak electricity demand to avoid blackouts/rolling blackouts.

As demand rises for electrical power to power electric cars and population growth, and wind and solar generation is added, the same amount of fossil or nuclear plants must ALSO BE ADDED as “back-up” for the intermittent energy sources. This means that you automatically double the amount of capital allocated for the virtual signaling of using increasing amounts of W+S.

And if you subsidize wind and solar with subsidies, subsidies will be required for the required conventional fossil/nuclear generation additions. It doubles the cost of power. And that’s before grid modifications—which no one is talking about.

You also are nearly doubling operating costs because conventional power plants must remain in a “hot standby” mode to come online quickly. These plants will ALSO require subsidies. So, we’re really talking about TRIPLING the cost of power.

That’s why Germany’s and Denmark’s electric power costs $0.37 to $0.40 per kilowatt hour (current) vs about $0.11 per kw-hr in the US. See below:

Another Example

Bloomberg had a light and breezy fantasy analysis about how well wind and solar has served Texas in the recents weeks with extremely high temperatures and huge power demand for air conditioning.

There’s nothing really wrong with Bloomberg here, but it tends to be simplistic and gives the impression that W+S is the (sole) answer to expanding power generation. As I mention above, as total demand rises and W+S is added, more coal, gas, nuclear or batteries must ALSO be added. It might not be 100% backup, but ~90% backup will always be required. Doubling, or nearly doubling the capital additions doesn’t make sense.

Bloomberg used a recent period to show how well W+S generation is doing here in Texas. But, they cherry-picked that timeframe where wind generation was very good. Texas and other high-plains areas of America have a lot of wind and that’s great. But the wind doesn’t always blow and there ZERO solar EVERY night.

So, in the week of June 22, there was good and consistent wind—way above normal. But we saw above in Figure 1, that the wind doesn’t always blow enough. In the week above, the sum of W+S ranged from 20% of total demand to 48% of total electrical demand. It was an unusually good week.

So, double the capital cost AND double the operating costs. And we haven’t begun to talk about new grid additions and it’s cost.

In fact, there are many factors that “light and breezy” articles don’t tackle. It’s stuff that only engineers know about:

Solar/wind subsidies are driving reliable power plants out of business, leading to higher costs and lower reliability. (Like I said, reliable power plants will require subsidies—which are not understood yet).

Subsidies and Mandates for Electric Cars and W+S are driving nearly all of this insanity.

We will be better off using only 100% conventional power plant additions (and no W+S) for future demand increases. Why pay 3X the cost for electricity?? I guess we want to be like Germany and Denmark. I DON’T.

Trump-Appointed Judge Orders Biden WH to Stop Censoring Real Americans

Shreveport, Louisiana, had the most explosive fireworks on Independence Day when Judge Terry A. Doughty blew up the federal government’s censorship of conservatives on social media. Trump appointed him in 2018 and Doughty is now the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, based in Shreveport.

The attorneys general of Louisiana and Missouri sued to stop federal agents from coercing social media to censor conservatives or anyone else who dared criticize our government. The deep state cited an extra-constitutional power to fight misinformation and disinformation but the biggest spreaders of lies are the FBI, CIA and the rest of the federal government.

Covid was not a pandemic.

The vaccine was not a vaccine.

Hunter’s laptop was not a Russian hoax.

Because the feds got social media outlets to serve as surrogate censors, Judge Doughty issued an injunction forbidding the feds from talking to the people who run social media. He did so on the Fourth of July because fighting the evil of government censorship is embedded in the birth of a free America.

The Washington Post owned by Jeff Bezos whined, “The Trump-appointed judge’s move could upend years of efforts to enhance coordination between the government and social media companies.”

I hope so.

This is a temporary injunction as the case continues. The Bezos Post said, “The ruling could have critical implications for tech companies, which regularly communicate with government officials, especially during elections and emergencies, such as the coronavirus pandemic.”

Given the amount of lies the government spread and the number of truths it stopped from being aired on the social media, such communications must end permanently.

NYT spun it as Republicans being sore losers.

It said, “The ruling was a victory for Republicans and other conservatives who have filed a series of lawsuits accusing the government of cajoling or coercing Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social media companies to censor its critics. Although the ruling is likely to be appealed by the administration, its impact could be sweeping, forcing government officials, including law enforcement agencies, to refrain from notifying the platforms of troublesome content.”

The only thing troublesome about the censored content was it was the truth that revealed the deep state’s lies. The order cited examples. NYT did not.

Enough of what the Bezos Post or NYT said that the judge said, let’s go to the order, which begins, “‘I may disapprove of what you say, but I would defend to the death your right to say it.’ — Evelyn Beatrice Hill, 1906, The Friends of Voltaire.

The line usually is misattributed to Voltaire but the judge was laser accurate in his order.

He wrote, “Although the censorship alleged in this case almost exclusively targeted conservative speech, the issues raised herein go beyond party lines. The right to free speech is not a member of any political party and does not hold any political ideology. It is the purpose of the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment to preserve an uninhibited marketplace of ideas in which truth will ultimately prevail, rather than to countenance monopolization of the market, whether it be by government itself or private licensee.”

He cited a 1969 case in which an extremely left-wing Supreme Court held that the government can indeed require radio broadcasters to give airtime to both sides of an issue in Red Lion Broadcasting Co., Inc. v. FCC. WGCB would not allow Fred J. Cook to respond an on-air personal attack by the Reverend Billy James Hargis. The Court said, oh yes you will.

Doughty said, “The question does not concern whether speech is conservative, moderate, liberal, progressive, or somewhere in between. What matters is that Americans, despite their views, will not be censored or suppressed by the Government.”

The attorneys general suing Biden and his henchmen had ample examples of censorship by a Civil Service-protected deep state

In his order, he said, “In this case, Plaintiffs allege that Defendants suppressed conservative-leaning free speech, such as:

“(1) suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story prior to the 2020 Presidential election;

“(2) suppressing speech about the lab-leak theory of COVID-19’s origin;

“(3) suppressing speech about the efficiency of masks and COVID-19 lockdowns;

“(4) suppressing speech about the efficiency of COVID-19 vaccines;

“(5) suppressing speech about election integrity in the 2020 presidential election;

“(6) suppressing speech about the security of voting by mail;

“(7) suppressing parody content about Defendants;

“(8) suppressing negative posts about the economy;

“and (9) suppressing negative posts about President Biden.”

I follow the news pretty close but reading the breath-taking amount of censorship heaped upon us by the federal government is shocking. The censorship and the lies raise the argument that we should defund the entire enterprise and let the states govern and the National Guard and local militias protect our borders.

You have to read the decision itself to appreciate just how often and routinely the Biden administration got Facebook and Twitter to censor posts and ban dissenters, including Robert Francis Kennedy Jr. There are 18 incidents in the first 93 days of the Biden administration’s takeover of the White House.

The CDC also engaged in this orgy of unconstitutionality.

Doughty raided the deep state and issued an order to keep the censors from communicating with the people who run social media.

He said, “During the COVID-19 pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian ‘Ministry of Truth.’”

Fact-check: Yep. It is good to hear a federal judge state this publicy. The pandemic panic was just a crisis Red China created and the deep state exaggerated. As Rahm Emanuel wrote, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And what I mean by that it’s an opportunity to do things that you think you could not do before.” Hence, DC creates many a crisis.

Judge Doughty wrote in his injunction, “The Plaintiffs are likely to succeed on the merits in establishing that the Government has used its power to silence the opposition. Opposition to COVID-19 vaccines; opposition to COVID-19 masking and lockdowns; opposition to the lab-leak theory of COVID-19; opposition to the validity of the 2020 election; opposition to President Biden’s policies; statements that the Hunter Biden laptop story was true; and opposition to policies of the government officials in power. All were suppressed. It is quite telling that each example or category of suppressed speech was conservative in nature. This targeted suppression of conservative ideas is a perfect example of viewpoint discrimination of political speech. American citizens have the right to engage in free debate about the significant issues affecting the country.”

And how did this censorship affect the nation? BBC reported, “Cocaine found at White House sparked evacuation, US media report.”

What do you expect? The deep state installed the father of a cokehead into the Oval Office, replacing a Real Man who never used drugs, never smoked cigarettes and sure as hell never sniffed little girls or showered with his daughters.

Censorship by Google’s blogspot enterprise led me to Substack. I suffered a Nurse Ratched editor for 26 years. That’s on me. I won’t tolerate again anyone telling me what I may or may not say.

Thanks to Judge Doughty, Americans became a little bit more independent on Independence Day 2023. Let freedom ring. Let Biden and his minions pound sand — or salt, if they prefer.

France is on fire. A summary of the fifth nights of riots in France: 871 fires on public roads, 577 burned vehicles, 74 burned buildings, 719 people arrested, 45 police officers and gendarmes injured. Hmm…sounds like a weekend in Chicago… I’m joking, but not really.

The grandmother of shot the teenager whose death sparked riots across France has appealed for calm, as the total number of arrests has risen above 3,000.

Nadia accused rioters of using the death of her grandson as an "excuse" for engaging in violence and looting. That reconciliatory remark brought an eery calm to French cities that have been beset with youth rioters in the past 5 nights.

First it was Sweden and Germany. Now it’s France’s turn. It’s like “Arab Spring” again!! (sounds wonderful, like an air freshener or a bar of soap).

Europe allowed 3rd world invaders, really fake refugees (mostly young Muslim men), who are ruining most of Europe. But despite all of the chaos, the “leaders” in Europe won’t change any policy. They will continue with business as usual. They are willfully blind or they intend their own country’s destruction or both.

The EU is now really a failed state. Their leaders remain blind to real racial differences, just like our the lovely idiot US leaders/idiots. US and EU leaders are willfully blind to real and persistent racial differences between those of European descent vs. those of African or Middle Eastern descent (on average of course). The fact is that differences in a population’s intelligence CAUSES clashes of civilization. It’s true in the USA with it’s black population and it’s true in Europe with their Arab immigrants. You’ve heard the derogatory term “sand niggers” haven’t you? I know I’m being rude and insensitive, but there is a great deal of truth there.

I said in my post The Crux of Our Problem, US African Americans average IQ is somewhere about 82, or close to the world average, but significantly below those from N. Europeans and East Asians, who cluster at around a median IQ of 100 (and even higher in Singapore and E. Asia).

90% of the US black population have IQ levels less than the White median of 100. (Median of 82, std deviation of 13). This isn't catastrophic in any way by itself, as 82 is probably close to the world average intelligence, which by itself doesn’t mean much.

I’m estimating from my post Differences in Intelligence Cause Clashes of Civilization, that the median Arab IQ is similar to African Americans, or about a median 82 IQ, possibly lower. You are no doubt familiar with US Black’s capabilities. And Arabs (and much of the world) are at a similar level of intelligence. You could say, “Oh, it doesn’t matter” and in some ways that’s true, but low median IQ is generally not high enough for advanced civilization, ie., the type of civilization that we’ve become accustomed to in the West (but is in sharp decline). I said in my post Arab Civilization Is Collapsing (applies to US Blacks —with the exception of the predominance of Islam, although Islam and African Americans does go together—more than with the White population),

…the entire Arab/Muslim culture in N. African and the Middle East has collapsed and a huge refugee crisis has emerged. Those "cultures" have devolved thanks to lower IQ and Islam. Islamic cultures are extremely backward; autocratic (like the religion itself) and weighed-down by self-imposed factors such as poor education, the suppression of women and violence, And there is little happiness in Islamic cultures (in the West at least).  Religion is dangerous for people with weak minds!

You may have heard that Sweden has a rape crisis, but did you know that Sweden also has a bombing crisis?

If you only read the mainstream media, you might never have heard about it, but Sweden has a shockingly high number of bombings. Some people on the left have tried to brush it away as "just being firecrackers", but the fact is that we are dealing with powerful explosives. Hand grenade attacks and IED's. We are dealing with weapons of war.

In fact, things are getting so bad that innocent children and elderly are now being killed in bombings and grenade attacks!

That is not something you would expect to happen in Sweden. Hand grenade attacks. What happened to my once peaceful home country?

In fact, things are so bad that bombings have become a normal everyday occurrence. We are not talking about 1 bombing every month or so. No! In 2019, Sweden had on average almost 5 bombings every single week.

Things are so bad, that in the last 5 years there has been a shocking 997 incidents involving explosives.

Almost 1000 detonations, attempted bombings and preparations for bombings in just 5 years. That is insane! 

A few years ago in Sweden, an 8 year old boy was sound asleep in a family apartment in the city of Gothenburg. Then at around 3 am, out of nowhere a massive explosion was heard. The whole apartment was filled with smoke and chaos ensued. A hand grenade had just been thrown in through the window that was facing the street.

His parents had carried him out of the apartment to safety without realizing exactly what had happened. Only when they stood in the stairwell did they see that his head had been destroyed in the explosion. The 8 year old boy had been killed by a grenade attack - in Sweden.

This should never happen, let alone in a modern European country like Sweden that used to be known as one of the most peaceful countries in the world.

One would think that this would be massive news, but it happens so often in Sweden now that it barely makes the news anymore, just like with the rape crisis.

If you have been following my reporting for a long time, you might know that I have been reporting on the bombing crisis in Sweden for many years.

The increase in grenade attacks and bombings in Sweden over the last 10 years has been insane. When I grew up in Sweden in the 2000s, bombings were unheard of. Now several explosions are happening every week.

It is a very worrying trend and targets range from family apartment complexes to restaurants and businesses.

What went wrong in Sweden?

Here's Gulfcoastcommentary's answers to the question: It's because The West is in the grip of an insane and entirely false delusional aspect of Leftism and their leaders who desperately WANT TO BELIEVE that WE'RE ALL THE SAME.

I'm sorry that this is true and factual. I understand why others want to believe that everyone is "equal." Of course all humans have value and souls, but over millenia of time, some regions have advanced in remarkable and fruitful ways.

The Left's "equality delusion" is now destroying this advanced, essentially Euro-centric West: destroying beautiful, happy, advanced and peaceful cultures and 1000s of years of social, artistic and intellectual acheivement. You've all heard the news: climate change is destroying your future. Carbon dioxide is accumulating the atmosphere. The planet has warmed 1.1 degrees Centigrade since the pre-industrial period. Global warming is killing the Great Barrier Reef.

We also know that police killing black people is a pandemic. Murders of trans people nearly doubled

over the past four years. But there's more to this story.

Carbon emissions peaked in Great Britain over 50 years ago. The same thing in France, the United States and indeed over the last decade total Global emissions declined. Why haven't you read that in the New York Times or the Washington Post?

Deaths from natural disasters have diminished to a few hundred a year in the United States even as the global population quadrupled over the last century. They've declined internationally by over 90 percent.

The cost of disasters everywhere is on decline. Why is nobody telling you that?

As a result of declining deaths from extreme weather events and declining costs, what gets counted as a natural disaster has also declined. There's only one database that tracks natural disasters.

It's the mdata center in Belgium and total global weather and climate disasters have declined. How come nobody is saying that?

The Great Barrier Reef recorded the highest amount of coral in 36 years and maybe longer because that's the amount of time that we've been studying the Coral on the Great Barrier Reef. Why is nobody telling you that?

These are my books. After I lost all of my friends and all of my financial support, it was not a intuitive move in your late 40s. I decided to put all my heartbreak into a single book; Apocalypse Never, which came out in 2020. I had the Good Fortune of it selling and so I got to write a follow-up book which was to understand the following: why do people who say they care more than anybody else let people suffering from schizophrenia smoke Fentanyl and have the bottom parts of their legs rot on the street where they are then taken into the hospital and have the bottom parts of their legs amputated. Why did they then put them back on the street?

Why do we spend 10 times more than other cities on homelessness and have those outcomes? How is that compassionate? And why is it done in the name of care?

There are no racial differences in police killings when accounting for whether or not the suspect was armed or a threat, justified or unjustified. Everybody knows this. There's no real debate about the data. The one person has done the most to discover this is Roland Friar at Harvard University. You might have heard of Harvard University? And yet nobody talks about this.

Police killings of African-Americans declined from 217 per year in the 1970s to 157 per year in the 2010s in 58 of the largest U.S cities. That's based on FBI data that my colleagues and I personally crunched.

This is wonderful news!

Police killings of all races declined dramatically from 59 per year between 1970 to 1975, to 12 per year. Now the rate of police killings in San Francisco and Oakland did increase slightly, from 2.7 to 2.8 per year respectively in the 70s to 2.4 and 3.9. But police killings per capita in those two cities declined by 8.3 percent; when you account for the increase in population it also declined.

Researchers do not know if trans people are being killed disproportionately in comparison to cisgender people. Nor do they know if trans homicides are rising or if trans people are being killed for being trans or for some other reason.

There is no debate over this data. And yet CBS News irresponsibly and other news outlets suggest that they are, and that should upset you especially if you care very much about trans people. Because what you would not want to do is have a bad baseline for monitoring such terrible forms of violence.

Why in the world does everybody get it so horribly wrong, horribly wrong, unethically wrong not just analytically wrong????

Some of these things are easier to explain than others.

There have been major disinformation campaigns waged by senior leaders in our government. They instigated an entire FBI investigation based on a made-up memo that suggested that Putin controlled Trump because prostitutes urinated on him in a bed. My mother still believes that Trump is a Russian asset because of that disinformation campaign.

Labs leak all the time and have leaked for 50 years all around the world. The idea that Covid might have leaked from a lab was obvious to everybody including the scientists who emailed Anthony fauci on January 30th 2020. In their email to him they said we think it's more likely to be a lab leak.

Several days later Fauci perpetuated a disinformation campaign that suggested that you were a racist for suggesting that the covid-19 virus came from a lab but not a racist if you thought it came from Chinese people eating bats. That happened!

People said it was misinformation to suggest that vaccines had side effects. People said that the Hunter Biden laptop was disinformation. Not that it fell into a bathtub because Hunter Biden was hammered and smoking crack.

Instead somehow the Russians had gotten Hunter Biden's laptop data and then got it onto a laptop and then dropped it off at a computer repair store. It was the most cockamami story, a conspiracy theory, and it was perpetuated by senior members of the U.S government both retired and employed.

And people say that the Twitter files just showed people doing content moderation not censorship. These are senior elected officials who carried out this disinformation campaign. We now know absolute certaintly that the FBI should never have launched that probe.

Here's the email from the senior scientist to Fauci. It said: some of the features potentially look engineered. The Furin (sp?) cleavage site that does not belong on the spike protein was obviously engineered and people knew that right away. And yet the Washington Post suggested that Tom Cotton keeps repeating a coronavirus Fringe theory that scientists have disputed.

The original headline which Washington Post changed, without acknowledging it on their article, said that he was spreading a debunked conspiracy theory. The Washington Post, which broke the famous Watergate scandal, spreads disinformation.

Fauci and his colleagues constructed a fake science article in one of the greatest, the formerly greatest medical journals (Lancet) in the world, suggesting conspiracy theories were what those lab Leak hypotheses were. The Great Barrington, declaration co-authored by a new friend, Jay bhattachary of Stanford University that Jay bhattacharya is a fringe epidemiologist: a full professor at Stanford University and one of the most beautiful individual people you'll ever meet.

And Francis Collins, the head of the National Institutes of Health, the greatest medical organization in the world, now formerly greatest, said that there needs to be a quick and devastating published takedown of his premises.

The Great Barrington declaration argued that the approach to the pandemic should have been the approach to the pandemic that everybody agreed upon before there was a pandemic --ie., "focused protection" of the most vulnerable but allowing children to go to school so they could actually learn something.

I don't want to make it personal but you do need to name names when you are uncovering bad behavior and this person, Renee Diresta, is the smartest of the people in every room she's in, and she's a former CIA fellow --ostensibly former.

One of the things that you learn when you interview people in the intelligence communities is that they say nobody retires from the intelligence community. Nobody retires.

This (she) is a person who ran a censorship operation, with U.S taxpayer dollars, that involved the Department of Defense, the National Science Foundation, the Department of Homeland Security.

It subcontracted out the censorship work to four organizations that was constituted by the creme de La Creme people; that went to places like Harvard and Stanford and apparently had their consciences ripped out from their hearts and their brains and got themselves in a situation of censoring the rabble, or what Hillary Clinton calls "the deplorables," for doing things like questioning the elections or sharing stories of vaccine side effects on Twitter and Facebook.

This was such a smashing success that they're now exporting to other countries. And there's nothing that's been done to stop this. Our work has not stopped this.

What Twitter did to Jay Bhattacharya -- they put him on a blacklist. The word Blacklist is not my word -- that's the Twitter internal word. You can see it right there in yellow on his profile.

You can imagine the shock that overcame Barry Weiss, Matt Taibbi and I when we saw this. He's one of the most important epidemiologists in the world and he was on a black list just because he suggested "doing things in the pandemic that everybody agreed we should do during the pandemic -- before there was a pandemic."

The behavior from the White House was remarkable. Thuggish would describe it, or bullying. Rob Flaherty in particular who sent this email to Facebook and got this response back from Facebook whose names we shielded--not the not the public officials --whose names should be known--and the Facebook executive said yes sir, yes sir please know that we are censoring even true stories of vaccine side effects; so mothers sharing stories of their children getting sick from the vaccine had their posts censored without their knowledge so that other mothers would not see them. This happened. And there's no debate about that this happened.

Former UKIP leader Nigel Farage may leave the United Kingdom after claiming his bank accounts were closed over his role in Brexit.

In a six-minute video posted on his Twitter account, Farage claimed he was the victim of “serious political persecution” after his banking group of 43  years told him two months ago they were close his accounts.

Farage did not name the organization but said he spoke with the bank’s chairman who claimed it was “a commercial decision.” He then told his followers that seven other banks have rejected his application for a personal and business account.

“I won’t really be able to exist or function in a modern 21st century Britain,” Farage said. “‘I’m beginning to think that perhaps life in the United Kingdom is now becoming completely unliveable because of the levels of prejudice against me.”

Farage then speculated that the political “establishment” in Britain was going after him for his role in campaign in favor of Britain leave the European Union. “They know, if I hadn’t done what I did, with the help of thousands of people in our people’s army, there never would have been a referendum, let alone a victory,” the British conservative firebrand claimed.

Last year, Labour MP Sir Chris Bryant claimed in the House of Commons that Farage was paid over £500,000 by Russia Today for his appearances on the Kremlin-backed network in 2018. Farage said these claims may have led to his accounts being closed while denying any wrongdoing: “I didn’t receive a penny from any source with even any link to Russia.”

The GB News host added that without a proper bank account he has become “a non-person.”

This entire fiasco—indicting Donald Trump for allegedly violating both the Espionage Act and obstructing justice by improperly handling classified records—is merely the latest in a never-ending series of distractions, distortions, and political theater aimed at diverting the public’s attention from the sinister advances of the American Deep State.

Don’t allow yourselves to be distracted, diverted or mesmerized by the cheap theater tricks.

When we refer to the “rule of law,” that’s constitutional shorthand for the idea that everyone is treated the same under the law, everyone is held equally accountable to abiding by the law, and no one is given a free pass based on their politics, their connections, their wealth, their status or any other bright line test used to confer special treatment on the elite.

When the government and its agents no longer respect the rule of law—the Constitution—or believe that it applies to them, then the very contract on which this relationship is based becomes invalid.

This abuse of power has been going on for so long that it has become the norm, the Constitution be damned.

There are hundreds—make that thousands—of government bureaucrats who are getting away with murder (in many cases, literally) simply because the legislatures, courts and the citizenry can’t be bothered to make them play by the rules of the Constitution.

Unless something changes in the way we deal with these ongoing, egregious abuses of power, the predators of the police state will continue to wreak havoc on our freedoms, our communities, and our lives.

For too long now, the American people have played politics with their principles and turned a blind eye to all manner of wrongdoing when it was politically expedient, allowing the government to wreak havoc with their freedoms and act in violation of the rule of law.

“We the people” are paying the price for it now.

We are paying the price every day that we allow the government to continue to wage its war on the American People, a war that is being fought on many fronts: with bullets and tasers, with surveillance cameras and license readers, with intimidation and propaganda, with court rulings, lawfare and legislation, with the collusion of every bureaucrat who dances to the tune of corporate handouts while on the government’s payroll, and most effectively of all, with the complicity of the American people, who continue to allow themselves to be easily manipulated by their politics, distracted by their pastimes, and acclimated to a world in which government corruption is the norm.

We’ve been losing our freedoms so incrementally for so long—sold to us in the name of national security and global peace, maintained by way of martial law disguised as law and order, and enforced by a standing army of militarized police and a political elite determined to maintain their powers at all costs—that it’s hard to pinpoint exactly when it all started going downhill, but we’re certainly on that downward trajectory now, and things are moving fast.

Sorry to tell you: The republic has fallen.

The Deep State’s plot to take over America has succeeded.

The American system of representative government has been overthrown by a profit-driven, militaristic, corporate oligarchy bent on total control and global domination through the imposition of martial law here at home and by fomenting wars abroad.

Even now, we are being pushed and prodded towards a civil war, not because the American people are so divided but because that’s how corrupt governments control a populace (i.e., divide and conquer).

These are dangerous times.

These are indeed dangerous times but not because of violent crime or terrorism or illegal immigration. No, the real danger that we face comes from none other than the U.S. government and the powers it has granted to its standing armies to rob, steal, cheat, harass, detain, brutalize, terrorize, torture and kill American citizens with immunity.

The danger “we the people” face comes from masked invaders on the government payroll who crash through our doors in the dark of night, shoot our dogs, and terrorize our families.

This danger comes from militarized henchmen on the government payroll who demand absolute obedience, instill abject fear, and shoot first and ask questions later.

This danger comes from greedy, power-hungry bureaucrats on the government payroll who have little to no understanding of their constitutional limits.

This danger comes from greedy politicians and corporations for whom profit trumps principle.

Consider, if you will, all of the dastardly, devious, diabolical, dangerous, debilitating, deceitful, dehumanizing, demonic, depraved, dishonorable, disillusioning, discriminatory, dictatorial schemes inflicted on “we the people” by a bureaucratic, totalitarian regime that has long since ceased to be “a government of the people, by the people and for the people.”

• Americans have no protection against police abuse.

• Americans are little more than pocketbooks to fund the police state.

• Americans are no longer innocent until proven guilty.

• Americans no longer have a right to private property.

• Americans no longer have a say about what their children are exposed to in school.

• Americans are powerless in the face of militarized police.

• Americans no longer have a right to bodily integrity.

• Americans no longer have a right to the expectation of privacy.

• Americans can no longer rely on the courts to mete out justice.

• Americans no longer have a representative government.

I haven’t even touched on the corporate state, the military industrial complex, SWAT team raids, invasive surveillance technology, zero tolerance policies in the schools, overcriminalization, or privatized prisons, to name just a few, but what I have touched on should be enough to show that the landscape of our freedoms has already changed dramatically from what it once was and will no doubt continue to deteriorate unless Americans can find a way to wrest back control of their government and reclaim their freedoms.

Indictments, impeachments and elections will not save us.

History may show that from this point forward, we will have left behind any semblance of constitutional government and entered into a totalitarian state where all citizens are suspects and security trumps freedom.

Even with its constantly shifting terrain, this topsy-turvy travesty of law and government has become America’s new normal.

From Clinton to Bush, then Obama to Trump and now Biden, it’s as if we’re caught in a time loop, forced to re-live the same thing over and over again: the same assaults on our freedoms, the same disregard for the rule of law, the same subservience to the Deep State, and the same corrupt, self-serving government that exists only to amass power, enrich its shareholders and ensure its continued domination.

There can be no denying that the world is indeed a dangerous place, but it’s the government that poses the gravest threat to our freedoms and way of life, and no amount of politicking, parsing or pandering will change that.

It is easy to be diverted, distracted and amused by political circuses and entertainment spectacles.

What is far more difficult to face up to is the reality of life in America, where “we the people” are at a distinct disadvantage in the face of the government elite’s power grabs, greed and firepower.

The Constitution doesn’t stand a chance against a federalized, globalized standing army protected by legislative, judicial and executive branches that are all on the same side.

As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People and in its fictional counterpart The Erik Blair Diaries, no matter what political views they subscribe to: suffice it to say, they are not on our side or the side of freedom.

That is the real betrayal.
